At Miyāh, we take great care to ensure that every product — from our freshly harvested greens to our imported Japanese matcha — reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery by sending a clear photo of the item to our WhatsApp number: +20 122 270 0291.

Please note:

  • Complaints must be submitted at the time of delivery with supporting photos.

  • We are unable to process refund or replacement requests made after delivery is completed or without photographic proof.

  • In verified cases, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund depending on product availability.
